Lucy Inder is a Stroud based Artist.
Based in Stroud, Lucy is a landscape painter whose paintings are full of colour and pattern reminiscent of the Fauvists. After attending art school in Cardiff, Lucy had a teaching career in which she taught art at secondary school level for over 25 years. She currently combines a career as an art tutor with painting from her studio. Using both oils and acrylics, her recent work records the beautiful hills and valleys surrounding her home town, celebrating the colours and textures of the countryside.
Since painting full time, Lucy has had two sell out exhibitions in Stroud.
